FREE MATHS & ENGLISH CLASSES FOR ALL CHILDREN ON FREE SCHOOL MEALS & PUPIL PREMIUM ACROSS UK
The brilliant www.InvictaAcademy.com is opening its virtual doors again next week to offer children FREE and heavily subsidised Maths and English lessons to the children of Dewsbury, Mirfield, Kirkburton & Denby Dale.
Lessons are completely FREE to all children in receipt of Free School Meals (FSM) or Pupil Premium (PP) or just £2 a session to all other children. The principle behind Invicta Academy is that if those who can contribute, pay a little, with the help of generous donations, we can support all those who can’t afford to pay for extra tuition.
Please book your places TODAY at www.invictaacademy.com. This is an excellent and much-needed community initiative, so please spread the word!
Started in the summer in response to the widening gap caused by Covid-19, the Invicta Academy provided 50,000 unique learning opportunities to children right across the UK through five separate summer academies, raising £86,000 in donations and employing 127 teaching professionals over a 5 week period.
Praised by the Prime Minister and described as “brilliant work” by the Education Secretary, Gavin Williamson, in Parliament on 1st September 2020, the Invicta Academy is now repeating their summer programme at half-term to help children catch-up, particularly the most disadvantaged.
