Mark Eastwood today (9th February) met with Secretary of State for Education Gillian Keegan for a one-on-one discussion about apprenticeship opportunities in the UK.
Mark shared the work going on within the Dewsbury constituency, such as links with local further education colleges, local businesses and his annual Skills and Apprenticeships Fair.
Mark commented:
"It was a pleasure to meet with the Secretary of State today - it was was a productive discussion and I'm glad to say that we share the same vision of ensuring that all school leavers are given the best access to the further education that is right for them"
