BODY DOCTOR IN DENBY DALE AWARDED QUEENS AWARD FOR ENTERPRISE
Mark Eastwood MP has today (7th July 2022) visited family-run business The Body Doctor Limited of Denby Dale to congratulate them on winning the Queen's Award for Enterprise which was presented by Dr Hilary Jones and the Lord Lieutenant for West Yorkshire.
The business was formed in 2012 and specialises in manufacturing eyelid hygiene products which help millions of people across the world. This Award is for Sterileyes, a product that incorporates an antibacterial fabric into the design of eye compresses. The material has been proven effective at killing bacteria and stopping the reinfection and cross-contamination potentially caused through eye compresses.
