This week marks UK Parliament Week, where schools all around the country can get involved with activities to find out more about what Parliament does.
Mark joined in the fun by visiting several local primary schools, accompanied by Mr Speaker Bear, and spoke about the role of Parliament and his day-to-day activities as an MP.
Mark said
"I was very impressed by all of the pupils at Kaye’s, Shelley, Emley, and Highburton Primary Schools, who all had very insightful questions about what my job entails and how I became an MP. My thanks to all the pupils and staff for welcoming me and I hope that even more schools will get involved with next year's activities."
