Mark Eastwood visited Westmoor Primary school to congratulate the newly elected members of the School Council and present them with certificates to recognise the achievement.
Mark congratulated the future leaders in a special assembly and shared some advice on how the junior politicians can best represent their classmates.
Mark will be returning later in the year to sit down with the School Councillors and listen to the ways in which they are improving their school, and they are sure to have some feedback for their Member of Parliament too!
