Mark Eastwood MP today held his first Older Persons' Fair in the constituency, this event was held in Denby Dale at the Denby Dale Pie Hall.

Supporting older people is one of my key priorities and I was delighted to hold my first Older Persons' Advice and Information Fair in the constituency at the Denby Dale Pie Hall. It is the first time I have run this kind of event. I was naturally a bit nervous but the response from residents and exhibitors has been phenomenally positive. I was also delighted with the turnout. The event was a huge success with over 30 exhibitors, and I would like to thank all the exhibitors who showcased their organisations and thank you to all residents who came along. I hope people found the event enjoyable and informative.
I look forward to holding further such events in the near future.
