Mark Eastwood MP has spoken in the house (on 9th September) about holding housing developers to account when they fail to fulfil their planning obligations to new home buyers.
This follows concerns raised by residents in Kirklees at the Harron Homes developments at Amberwood Chase in Dewsbury.
Mr Eastwood has been active in helping residents with concerns related to roads and pavements which have been left unfinished along with other major outstanding snagging problems.
